Join us for a rewarding job in the great outdoors! NovaShores Adventures is a small family-run sea kayaking company based in Advocate Harbour on the upper Bay of Fundy in beautiful Nova Scotia. As part of our team, you’ll work in the spectacular natural setting of Cape Chignecto Provincial Park – a remote and unforgettable coastline known for its towering red cliffs, sea arches, secluded coves, and the world’s highest tides. It is truly unlike anywhere else on the East Coast.

We strive to make outdoor adventure accessible to a wide range of people through our guided sea kayaking tours, which range from 1- to 3-day experiences. Our tours are fully catered, we grow some of our own food, and we focus on creating authentic, high-quality experiences for both guests and staff.

Free staff housing is included with employment, and you’ll become part of a close-knit, highly professional team that values collaboration, learning, and a shared love of the outdoors.

Certified, experienced day tour and overnight guides

• Dates flexible: June or July until August or September/October, meaning you could work the full season or just the high season.

• Minimum qualifications: Wilderness First Aid & Paddle Canada Level 2, SKGABC AOG or similar.

• Bilingualism is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license required, experienced drivers preferred.
• Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or otherwise legally able to work in Canada

Health food caterers

• Dates flexible – all season or part-time.

• Help with all food prep tasks as well as with dishes and clean-ups.

• No experience necessary, but must value healthy organic ways of meal preparation and put some love into it.
